LABOUR CONSULTING SERVICES

The following services are available to companies and domestic employers:

  1. Wage negotiations and/or any other negotiations. This includes consultation with our clients to prepare for wage negotiations.
  2. Retrenchment consultations and implementation.
  3. Drafting of all notices to attend disciplinary hearings, retrenchment consultations etc.
  4. Poor work performance counselling.
  5. Chairing incapacity due to ill health investigations.
  6. Drafting minutes or recordings of hearings and incapacity investigations and retrenchment consultations.
  7. Chairing disciplinary hearings.
  8. Chairing appeal hearings and/or grievance hearings.
  9. Chairing incapacity hearings.
  10. Chairing performance counselling sessions.
  11. Negotiate and draft changes to conditions of employment.
  12. Facilitation of restructuring and transfer of undertaking.
  13. Facilitation of unfair labour practice disputes.
  14. Advice on general labour legislation: Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Conditions Of Employment Act (BCEA), Unemployment Fund (UIF), Workman’s Compensation and Occupational Health and Safety Act (OCHSA), and bargaining council specific terms and conditions applicable to the client.
